REPAIR OF SLIDE GATE REFRACTORIES

After the initial use, we verify the reusability of the slide gate refractories and then further process them accordingly. First, the wear zone will be drilled out and then replaced by an insert. A complete recast of the nozzle will be done. The plates' running surfaces will be grinded precisely.

Any areas coming into contact with steel will be restored completely.

By conducting repairs, rather than acquire new plates, costs will be reduced by up to 50%, maintaining or even increasing durability.

Materials and precise standards will be agreed upon in advance between the client and us. We process products of high alumina, magnesia and zirconium. All our suppliers are certified enterprises, of course.
